The table and charts represent the number of visitors and their satisfaction levels during visits to Ashdown Museum before and after it was renovated. Both the table and chart clearly depict how the number of visitors and their satisfaction increased after the museum was redeveloped.
Firstly, the table clearly shows that the number of visitors reached 92,000 from 74,000 after the museum was refurbished, making a significant difference of eighteen thousand.
Moreover, the percentage of very satisfied visitors increased from fifteen to thirty-five which was a major change. However, the proportion of satisfied visitors remained the same; two out of five people were satisfied.
In contrast, the ratio of dissatisfied visitors decreased to half (5 percent) after renovation. Also, there were no visitors who were very dissatisfied, but 5 percent of visitors did not participate in the survey.
In summary, it can be concluded that the transformation of the museum led to growth and development.
