The diagram details the process of tomato ketchup production.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the process of pictures consists of 15 steps which consist of 3 main stages beginning with the collection and transportation of tomatoes, followed by cleaning and processing, and finally packaging and delivering of ketchup for retail.
At the beginning of the process, tomatoes are picked and put into the basket and then sorted good and bad ones. After being sent to the factory, sorted tomatoes are removed from seeds, stalk, and skin. Cleaned tomatoes are put into a container and crushed after becoming liquid. At this point, crushed tomatoes are added sugar, vinegar, and salt for flavor and then boiled and left for two hours.
Before labeling, ketchup is poured into bottles. Labeled ketchups are passed through quality control and packaged into the boxes. In the final step, the end products are delivered to a supermarket for retailing and consumers may eat ketchup with hamburger and fries.
