The given map depicts the changes ocured in the island of Petrichor from 1987 to 2017
Overall, the idarid of Petrichor went through some massive changes during the time period of 1987 to 2017. where we could see significant development of the land which was once covered with trees and low number of houses.
In the time period of 1987, the island of Petrichor contents old ruins at the very south. We could see I few number of houses of the west side of the island with a singular tree. And from the center of the island and it’s north to east sides were covered with a large number of trees.
In year 2017, the island of Petrichor shows a much more developed and urbanized picture. Despite of the old ruins at the south, the island had undergone a notable changes. We could see at the west which used to contain contain a few number of houses became apartment housing. shopping centre and hospital, Shoe Factory is the new edition edition at the north side. The center part contains a number of houses now. All the newly developed sites are now connected with bus transportation links. However at the east side we could still see a commandable number of trees And now there are airplanes flying over the island as well
To say, the island became unban and stable with a better communication way and transportation access over the area.
