Overall, there are significantly changes and some facilities are added to the road access to a city hospital over the period.

In 2007, city hospital located in the north side and surrounded by ring road. In the south area, there were bus stop located in the west and east side from the hospital road. Besides the bus stop in the east, there were car park for staff and public.

In 2010, city hospital is located the same and ring road still surrounding the area. In the east from the city hospital there are public car park added. Roundabout are added to connect the city road and hospital road, also connected hospital road and ring road. Bus stop in the west are replaced by the bus station, and bus stop in the east are replaced by the staff car park.
