The image displays harbor layouts from 2000 and current. Initially, there are two lines of fishing boats with positions designated for public footpath, sailing club, fish market, car park, industrial area, and café. Notably, the east breakwater shelters fishing boats and a café beside it onshore. Today the layout includes additional elements: two ferries, additional parking spaces labeled "Public Parking," a footpath directly emanating from near the harbor boundary, a relocated and expanded café with shops, a newly established hotel on the eastern side with a "Footpath" leading from it, and a "Public Footpath" designation situated between the distinct harbor features.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

Those two images illustrate how Porth Harbour changes in 2000 and today. Overall, there is moderate changes in some buildings while a little change geographically.
First of all, can be seen that in 2000, there was a castle near the Public beach but these days, it has changed to Hotel. Now, the location of Fishing boats and Marina (private yachts) are swapped each other. In the Main road, the entrance of the Car park that connected to the road that brings them to the Castle has changed. Nowadays, they can enter it immediately from the Main road. Then beside the Car park that used to not connect with Main road, they construct new showers and toilets similar to the Car park next to the new fishing boats location. There is new Cafes and shops beside the Lifeboat. For the Public beach, it has changed to Private beach for the hotel.
Geographically, the only change is the dock. They add another passage for the ferries near the new located Fishing boats.
