I would like to contanct you regarding to my radio repair status. As you know, I bought the radio from your shop two weeks ago. After that, I had some problem when listening to radio. I already gave to you for your examine but I am still waiting your feedback.
I would like to request immediatly answer for my demand. Because I am very shoked. Please imagine, you buy the new device and your device does not work properly. Okey maybe this would be understandable. However, you give the shop again for checking process and you should wait nearly for a month. Sorry, but I try to understand what happened from your side.
In addition, please give me more detail about your cheking and analyzing methods. This is new purchased item and I do not want to huge repair process on my device.
If you are not able to very quickly repair, please provide me new radio. In terms of consumers perspective, this delay can not be acceptable.
