Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the radio I purchased from your shop two weeks ago. Although it initially worked fine, on the second day, it malfunctioned. The radio emitted faulty sound and subsequently shut down. I was disappointed as I had purchased it with my hard-earned savings and was looking forward to using it to listen to the news.

It has now been ten days since I handed the radio in for repair, and I am yet to receive a repaired or new unit. I would appreciate an explanation for this delay. I urge you to expedite the repair process as I had greatly enjoyed using the radio for the brief time it functioned. It is imperative for me to stay updated with the news and to be energized by listening to music.

I kindly request that you either repair the radio at the earliest convenience or provide me with a replacement. I am eagerly anticipating a resolution to this matter.
