Band 4+: Two weeks ago you bought a radio from a local branch of a well-known chain of shops. It did not work properly. The shop took it back and said they would repair it. You have waited a week and it is still not ready. Write a letter to the shop. In your letter say what has happened and how you feel ask them to explain why there has been a delay ask them to repair the radio very quickly or to supply you with a new radio You should write at least 150 words.

I am writing this letter to inquire you about my radio.My radio did not work when i tried use it.That is why,i delivired to your shop.You said that we will repair your radio.But,my radio is still not arrived to me in a week.And also,you said that this problem is not huge.So,we can repair it quickly.I would you like to learn where is my radio.My friend has ordered computer on your company for three months ago.He encountered huge problem like that.But i always shop your company.I encountered problem first.I dissapointed because of delaying.Besides,i over the budget.If you will repair my radio or send a new radio immediately.I am going to complain on your feedback section of website.
