Hello dear;

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience I had with your shop. I bought a radio 2 weeks ago and I found it did not work properly. I take it back to your shop and your college said it would take a week to fix but it has beet a week and I have not received any update.

I can understand that fix the problem of radio can take time but I expect that if it needed more time, I had been informed. I rely on having this radio until this weekend is my son’s birthday and I want to give it to him as a gift.

I kindly want you to explain about this delay and inform me about the an exact time for repairing and also I expat that if you cannot fix for 2 days,it will be replaced with new one
