Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to ask about a radio which has been broken and not yet exchanged.

The radio was bought from one of your renowned shop on april 2nd ,and when I was reached home, I tried to start it, but it was not working. Soon, I realised that its volume button was broken and attentta was bend on one side.

While I bought this radio I was extremely happy, but after realizing that it was not working I felt very disappointed. My whole day was spent in grave and saddness because I was saving money for this radio from last two month.

I am deeply concerned about delayed of repairing a radio because it was one of the most advanced radio and I need new supply on an urgent case because I have prepared this radio as a birthday gift for my grandfather. So, I kindly request your assistance to supply me a new radio. I am willing to pay again for this radio. If any possibility occur, please deliver a new radio on my home address attached on this letter.
