Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the noise because of build works, that are being done on 119th Avenue.

My name is Marie, and I am living in house on 119th Avenue.I am home teacher, so one of rooms in my house I use as my office, where I teach my students.

Unfortunatly, after snowy winter, our Avenue was damaged. It is why all previous week build workers had been working there. I want to pay your attention,that they started work at 6 a.m., that is quite early for most people in our house. Moreover, there are living 2 babies, which don’t understand why every morning they hear so awful sound. I am really worried about their emotional and phsicologycal health.

Considering that, I ask you influence on situation, and take the nessacery actions. One of applicable solutions can be reschedule the build works: it should start at 9 a.m., and finish no later than 4 p.m. Also, I ask to do a pause for weekends: road noise has terrible influence on my emotional condition.
