Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the excessive noise from the construction works taking place on 119th Avenue. My name is Marie, and I reside in a house on the same street. I work as a home teacher and utilize one of the rooms in my house as my teaching space.

The recent road damage due to the winter season has prompted construction workers to be active on our street for the past week. The construction commences as early as 6 a.m., causing disturbance to the residents, including myself and two infants in the vicinity. The continuous loud noise poses a threat to the emotional and psychological well-being of the infants.

I urge you to intervene in this matter and implement necessary measures. One effective solution would be to reschedule the construction work to start at 9 a.m. and conclude by 4 p.m. Additionally, I kindly request that work be suspended on weekends to provide residents with respite from the disruptive road noise.

I anticipate a prompt response and swift resolution to this issue.
