I am writing to express my concern regarding the film recommended by the manager of the newly built cinema. Unfortunately, the film was not very interesting, and the cinema was also not as impressive as its advertisement.
The main reason for my writing is that I wasted my money on this bad movie called “Avengers”. Moreover, the film was stopped halfway by the cinema management during the screening.
This situation became even worse because the workers were disrespectful to customers. Furthermore, the snacks and drinks were overpriced, which resulted in wasting my valuable time, money, and nerves.
I would therefore appreciate it if you could return my money or give me another ticket.
It would be highly beneficial if the administration and workers at the cinema became more polite, reduced the prices of snacks and drinks, improved the quality of the movies, and changed the furniture as soon as possible.
