Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to complain about an incident happened at one of your outlets. On 2nd July 2026, I and my family members visited Tim Hortons, located on Highway 400 in the city of Barrie.

During our visit, we ordered couple of bagels and some drinks. While giving order, I mentioned to the order taker to make sure that the drinks are made with lactose free products. However, when we received our order, the drinks were not made as requested. Moreover, upon confronting the issue to one of the staff members, they argued with us that they were not provided with the allergic information.

The main reason of me getting upset over this incident is that the staff members were not ready to accept their mistake. It concerns me that if we had consumed the drinks, we could have got allergic reaction.

I would like you to look into this matter, and take necessary actions to make sure that orders given by customers having allergy from certain products are made with utmost precautions by the staff.
