I hope this letter finds you well. I am pleased to inform you that last week I got an opportunity to fly from London to Sydney in your airline.
I am extremely pleased with the friendly service that i had received from your airline’s staff during my whole journey. From comfortable seats to other facilities, everything was up to the mark. Although, it was a long flight, I felt like lying on a comfortable bed at my home.
However, I would also like to let you know regarding a problem that I had to face during my journey. Being a pure vegetarian, I am unable to get lots of food choices while travelling abroad. This is something that I had to face during my journey with your airline as well. Even though I already included my food choice, only non-vegetarian food was left.
I would suggest to consider dietary requirements of food choices provided by clients so that they can enjoy your airline service even more better.
