I am writing this letter to share my recent experience travelling with your company, Akasa Airlines. I travelled from Ahmedabad to Dubai on 3rd May in the premium economy class.
I became aware of the airlines through an advertisement I noticed on a billboard when it was introduced in March. The unique marketing strategy definitely piqued my interest. Moreover, I appreciate how the airline offers competitive prices and on certain days, the flight rates are cheaper than most airline rates. In addition, one of my cousins frequently uses this airline for travelling and his positive reviews encouraged me to try out Akasa.
Although the airline offers standard services and amenities similar to what every other airline provides, I definitely valued the easy custom policy for disabled and elderly people. Secondly, I liked how attentive and polite the crew was. They served food on-time and even considered my allergy for nuts before serving. However, there are certain aspects that I did not like. For instance, I booked tickets for premium economy and had expected better leg room. But, that was not the case, and I felt cramped in limited space. Moreover, the washrooms were not clean enough and felt quite unhygienic to use.
Akasa Airline has quickly become peoples’ go-to company for flying with the considerate staff, quick check-ins and seamless boarding process. However, I feel the experience could be improved in terms of washroom cleanliness and increasing the leg space for more relaxed travelling.
