Dear Mr. Samson,

I am writing this letter to enquire about my accommodation requirements. Because of the work assignment, I am being sent to San Fransico, California, for one month by my company. During my visit, I will require an appartment.

While I am staying there, I will not expect any visitors, therefore, one bedroom would be enough. Moreover, I like to eat home-made food, for which, a well euipped kitchen would be required. Apart from this, I would like a hall with TV where I can relax and watch television. For these requirements, I think a furnished 1BHK appartment would be a good fit.

My company has fixed my visit from 10th August, 2026 to 11th September, 2026. I will arrive on the city on 10th August at 2 p.m., in the city. When I will arrive, I will need the address of the rental place. You send me information of the rental place through e-mail.
