I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to extend my heartfelt congratulation to you on securing admission at a renowned medical university in New York.

During a conversation with my mother, she shared that you secured a spot in the orthopedic department of a first-tier medical university. I was surprised and happy after hearing the news. I know you have been working hard for the past two years doing residency and taking exams in order to study medicine in the United States. I was glad to hear that the curriculum of the course aligns with your interests. Moreover, I was surprised to hear that the medical college offers extensive training on the usage of digital medical tools, which will be beneficial in this rapidly evolving world.
