I hope this message finds you well. The reason for this letter is, let you know about the inappropriate behaviour from one of your driver with me.
Recently I booked the taxi from your company, from Toronto to Berry. First of all yhe departure time was 9 AM, but unfortunately driver arrived late at the destination. Apprantely I didn’t excelate the matter and let it go. But after some time while the vehicle is on the highway, the driver started the rash driving and didn’t follow the speed limit.
So, I asked him to follow the safety protocols of the highway, however he started to abusing and talking rudely with me, and I said that “I’m going to report you”. After that he was threating me that he would leave me on the middle of the highway and cancle the ride.
Thus, I’m writting this letter to let you know about your driver behaviour with the customers. However, I’m applying for the refund and firing that driver.
