I am writing to bring your attention towards a situation that has been developing in the neighborhood.
Recently, I have witnessed many dogs with no leash were left to run around in the neighborhood.
The dogs, which are very obnoxious now have attained the license to roam around and bothering people with their barking which has created a brouhaha in the society. Because they are intimidating, children are now scared to go out of their houses. I am concerned that if a child attempts to approach or befriend the dog, the dog might seriously hurt them.
The owners of the dog, which are some adolescents, seem to be unaware of the risks and dangers of unleashing their dogs because of some silly challenge daring games. They have clearly indicated a diabolic behavoir and are a serious threat to the vulnerable people, especially the young and the elderly. After having given several warnings to these adolescents, they have not taken any measures to keep their dogs under control. Therefore, I believe immediate action must be taken and I ask that this issue be investigated thoroughly. An appropriate action must be taken the avoid some serious bodily harm.
