Dear Mr. Tom,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Ali Adel, and I am your next door neighbor in 57 neighborhood, Dubai, the UAE. I am writing to express my sincere concerns about the rubbish that has been piling for about one week in front of my house.

At the beginning, I did not realize these piles. However, after three days, I noticed a disgusting smell coming from my front window, so it turned out that this smell was because of your garbage. Unfortunately, I thought that the municipality would take them the same day, but three days went and they still have not come.

Since it is your waste, so I believe you should should be responsible for removing them. First, you can contact the municipality and try to urge them to remove it as soon as possible. If they were not responsive, you could hire a private truck at your own expenses.

Thank you for considering my request, I hope you take the appropriate action soon. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
