Dear John,

I am writing this letter to mention that my friend, Wilford, and I are going to a trip to Victoria for holidays, and would like to invite you. When we were preparing the itinerary, we found out we have room for one more person, and since you are a very easy-going and we wanted to deepen our relationship with you, we decided to have you as our company.

Regarding the schedule of the trip, we are going to Victoria from October 25th to October 27th. The first day, we are going to reside in an Airbnb in Downtown, and as for the second day, we have rented a cottage outside the city. Honestly, if it was not rainy the first date, we would stay outside the city for the whole duration of the trip.

Additionally, this is not going to be a long journey, so please feel free to bring all of your personal stuff as well as one extra pair of clothes just in case. There is nothing more needed.
