Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction for issue regarding sharing an accommodation with my roommate on campus.

I am feeling disappointed and frustrated because of the situation i had to face everyday after college. I tried speaking to him once about the issues. However he wasn’t not concerned about it at all. I have exams on my head and I think this can impact my score badly.

It is really difficult to adjust a room with the other person because his schedule is quite different and due to that we have different sleep patterns. Moreover, he is always plays loud music at the time of the my studying hours. Furthermore, he has plenty of friends who accompany him and visit our room for group studies but they make a lot of noise which distract me.

I wanted to request a single room on campus without sharing with anybody.

It will be really helpful as a consequence i will be able to concentrate on my studies without disturbance which is crucial to get good grades for next semester.
