Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the situation regarding sharing accommodation with my roommate on campus.

I feel disappointed and frustrated due to the daily challenges I encounter after college. I attempted to address the issues with him once, but he showed no concern. With exams approaching, I am concerned that this situation may negatively impact my performance.

Adjusting to sharing a room has been difficult as his schedule differs significantly, resulting in conflicting sleep patterns. Additionally, he frequently plays loud music during my study hours. Furthermore, his numerous friends often visit for group studies, causing a significant amount of noise that disrupts my focus.

I am requesting a single room on campus without any roommates. This would greatly assist me in focusing on my studies without disturbances, which is crucial for achieving good grades next semester.
