Dear Madam,

I am writting to inquire about accomodation at Southeastern University,London Campus,which i enrolled for bussiness management course it would be started next year during upcomimg fall session.

During study time period,I would like to stay in college hall residence. I prefer single room with attached washroom.Specifically,I am looking for a two closet and a study table with facing the window to ensure ample natural light,which is conducive for my study routine.

In term of food, i want to share that i am allergic to meat and fish. It is difficult for me to eat it beacuse i got severe allergic reaction last year with these two food.I will be better if you allow me to do self catering.Furthermore,i have specific meal timing such as having breakfast at 7am and finishing dinner at 6pm.

I understand that all preference could not be fulfill.It would be favourable if you can arranged.On the other hand, i will be follow your plan with alternatives.

I would appreciated, if you consider my request regarding accomdation.
