I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product which I brought from your company.
My name is Twinkle Mehta, and I placed an online order on 12-27-2024 and received it on 01-10-2025. The order number is 7AP658. There were number of items in this order including a watch, a jean, two tops, and some other kitchen utensils.
Unfortunately, after receiving the parcel, I found that the screen of this watch was broken, and its display was not working properly. I was very disappointed because I had to gift it to my husband on his birthday, and I had no time to buy another gift for him.
I would appreciate it, either you will send me a new watch with same brand and colour before next Sunday, or processing with refund option as soon as possible. I would suggest you check the items properly before shipping which aids to maintain the trust of customers.
