Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to you regarding my last purchase from your company called Amazon. I had order the couple of things from the website. Unfortunately, some of the products are broken. I ordered one CD player, a remote for my TV, and a speaker. The speaker that I bought is made by Korean brand called Samsung. It has two inbuilt speaker as well as, a 12W subwoofer.
All the other items are working properly, but the speaker is not working. When I plug it in it started making weird noises. I am afraid to reconnect it with any device. Because I don’t know what happened with it. I tried to shake it gently, I heard something like there is broken bolts or something else.
I am not blaming the company it could be happened while delivering or they sent it by mistaken. I would like to return this speaker. I do prefer to exchange it but, if it is not possible you make a refund on my bank details.
