Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to tell you my opinion about the English course. I enjoyed the lessons very much. The teacher was kind and explained everything clearly. I liked the speaking activities because they helped me use English with confidence.However, I think the course can be better. There were not many listening exercises, so sometimes it was hard to understand native speakers. It would be nice to have more listening practice and maybe some games to make learning easier.The classroom was comfortable, and the lessons were never boring. Thank you for organizing this course. I learned many new things and improved my English skills.
