I am writing this letter to Book a stay in your hotel for my family vacation. One of my friends suggested and shared a good review about your quality of service, excellent hospitality, and co-operative staff members. I am excited to visit your residence and enjoy with my family.
I am planning to visit your stay on 20th December along with my wife and children’s and we will stay there for two weeks. I am looking for an air-conditioned double bedroom for my family.
I would like to know about the price and services that are included in your stay. Please provide the information’s about the facilities that your management is going offer? below are the requirements from my end: Wi-Fi Internet service, complimentary breakfast, and airport shuttle service. Besides, I need an additional pillows and my children’s are very much fold of Netflix or on demand entertainments. So please let me know if the above mentioned services are available or not.
I am also interested in the activities that your management is going to arrange for visitors. This is our first family trip to your city and my children are very much excited about the entertainment activities and they would definitely enjoy it. We have plan to will visit the nearby tourist attractions. So, it would be great if you could provide the details about the places in the city.
