Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to you and seek help to find my lost luggage, which I think I left on your train by mistake.
On Monday morning, I drove with the TVG Bullet Express to Freetown, leaving Kashin at about 7 a.m. The destination was the Annaston station, where I walked out of the train. But unfortunately, I may have accidentally left one of my luggage on the train and tried to leave the station quickly.
The luggage I lost was medium-sized, in a maroon colour, and made by TravelPro. When I lost it, the bag was made of waterproof, polyester fabric, mainly clothing, cosmetics, and books, and had short handles.
Please follow the standard procedures to find your luggage and send it to the address I have provided here. I will pay the delivery costs at delivery. For your convenience, I will send you a copy of your train ticket.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Khalid
