Dear Sir Mahmut

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to asking you for finding my luggage which I lost on the train accidentally.

I was travel Istanbul to Konya on 2 Agust 2024. I booked train ticket at between 12:00 and 15:05 pm. I was sitting at seat 4C in wagon 6. It was three hours trip. Train was nearly full thus, I could not find a place for my luggage. I put my luggage close to door like other luggages.

My luggage is medium size, gray and triangle patterns on it. It has black strip and zip. I placed my luggage between wagon 6 and 7. There are other gray, medium size luggages similar to mine.

I though that either my luggage was lost on one of the stations on the route or taken from other passengers accidentally. I wish you can find my luggage because I have significant private documents in it.
