Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

I am reaching out to you to report the loss of a personal item on one of your trains.

The item is my black laptop bag with a red tag with my name on it. It contains my Mac book pro, wireless mouse, a black note pad and a parker pen with my initials JFG.

I went off from King’s Cross station at around 4:30PM on October 9, 2024. I was seated on the second carriage with seat number 16A. I placed my laptop bag in front of me, I was in a bit of a hurry and forgot my laptop bag.

I would appreciate it if you could ask the train driver or the lost and found department if they were able to retrieve a laptop bag that match the description. Should there be any updates on this, you may call me at 0917-1234567. If found, I would like to arrange the pick-up point at King’s Cross station customer service.
