Dear Sir/Madam

I’m writing this letter to inform you that I left my black laptop bag in the train. I was travelling from Bombay to Ahmedabad. I booked Bharat Express train. My seat no is AP006. The bag has yellow sticker on the front side. It contains many valuable things such as laptop, small wallet full of money, precious watch. I put my that bag under my seat. I was in 2nd compartment of the train.

When the train stopped at my station, I got up my all luggage except that black bag which I kept under the seat. It was too crowdy, all the passengers were in a rush to get down to their stop. So I couldn’t get enough time to get my all luggage. And I was in a bit hurry so it slipped off my mind to get that bag.

I would really appreciate you if you help me to find my bag. I tried to contact lost and found property department, but they didn’t response. I hope this problem will be addressed as soon as possible. I look forward to your positive response.
