I hope this message finds you well. I was a traveller of your sight seeing tour on 27th December. I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue that I had experienced.
A friend has recommended your travel agency, when I checked your online website I saw many positive feedbacks. Apart from that, I contacted your customer service with my inquiries ; it was a nice experience. So, I confirmed my booking for sight seeing tour to Manali.
However, I encountered many challenges due to a boy, who guided to us that day. The main issue was a lack of communication between us. It seems that he does not has a good communication skill in English. Because of that, we found some difficulties to understanding the highlights of that location.
As a solution, I am suggesting you that ; it would be grateful if you could provide a guide based on the first language of a traveller. It also helps to avoiding some unnecessary issues.
