Dear Sir or Madam

I am a second-year computer

science student in your prestigious college, and I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the current state of our college facilities, which I believe require urgent attention to ensure a conducive learning environment for all students.

Firstly, the condition of the classrooms has significantly deteriorated. Many classrooms are equipped with outdated furniture that is uncomfortable and not conducive to effective learning. In addition, issues such as inadequate lighting and poor ventilation have made it challenging for students to focus during lectures.

Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention the condition of the restrooms on campus. Many facilities are not properly maintained, leading to unsanitary conditions that are concerning for both students and staff.
