Dear John,

I hope you’re doing well. Sorry, I was completely packed with work last week and received many assignments from the college which delays in replying your email.

I will be traveling next week to your city for the summer camp and I am so excited to announce this to you. It’s been a long time we haven’t met. I am planning to book a famous night club of your city to enjoy the upcoming Saturday night with friends. Please if you could help me finding one of it, need to make sure that night club package include the singing performance as I am ardent about singing. Additionally, I need your help in arranging a weekend party with all friends, will order food and beverages prior of party start time. In the party, it will be just ready to serve and again with pleasant music in the background.

I am so happy that I will meet you next week and organize the party together and spend quality time with you.
