Dear Mr. Sandhu,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to discuss a small concern regarding your dog. Actually, I am a student of BSc. Science and these days my exams are at 9:00 AM. Due to this, I need to study hard for my exam preparation.

However, I have noticed from last week that your dog has been barking continuously, especially in the mornings and evenings. Unfortunately, it disturbed my sleep cycle and concentration on studies.

I understand that sometimes dogs bark without any reason, which is not easy to stop. But I kindly request that if you could check with a pet specialist to stop him or her, it will really be beneficial for me and others.

I really respect that you are a good neighbour who always helps me in need. That is why I wanted to discuss this matter with you so that we can find a solution together.

I am really thankful to you, and I hope you will understand my situation.
