Dear Mr. Clarke,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing this letter to inform you regarding the issues I’ve been facing because of your dog : excessive barking after the midnight.

I’ve been noticing for the past few weeks that your dog has been barking extremely loud around 1-2 AM each night which is causing me inconveniences : sleep interruption, my daughter who’s 3 months old has been facing the same and waking up due to the loud noises and It’s hard for me to put her back to sleep after, all the above things are effecting my work performance as I go to work at 6 AM, sleep deprived.

I have night shifts for the next few weeks starting tomorrow. I request you to change the location of the dog from backyard to somewhere inside the house as I can’t afford to have any sort of distractions during my live meetings.

I hope you understand my situation and make the changes accordingly.
