Dear mr. Smith,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention on a issue regarding your dog barking . As you know, i do early morning shifts and a deep night sleep is essential for me to keep me active at the job . After evening hours , your dog starts barking and continues till midnight, when i am trying to sleep , its barking distracts me and keep me awake for hours .

I would like you to prepare some solution for your dog barking especially at the night hours . You should make a appointment to the dogs’s doctor for this . As this is going for a few weeks now . I hope you will not get offended by this letter .
