Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are having an amazing day. I higly appreciate that you considered me a worthy candidate for the position of manager at Redrock also, I recived my job letter yesterday evening, which I was eagerly waiting for.

However, I have a great concern regarding the joining date, while I was reviewing the document I notice the joining date is Feburary, 7, 2026. I would like to appologize regading the issue that I am going to address. I am currenlty working and before I resign from the company it is mandatory to provide two weeks of notice period as the per the policy, which I believe you already have better information. Owing to, the joining date, when my last roundof interview was taken I was asked the exact date to start the employment with Redrock and I belive that my exact joining date was end of the February, which is dated 28.

Additionaly, as mentioned to the HR that I need a week to relocate myself as Redrock is in different city from where I am residing. Personally, I do not like to travell for work as it reduice my ability to work proficienlty. Mis Ardene, from the accomodation team reached out to me for the appartment, it was very kind of her to help me out.

I applogize for the inconvience of situation happened, providing my two weeks of notice period and complication of migration I am kindling asking for the joing date as the converstaion with the manager.

Please let me know if I had to redo the documents.
