The graph illustrates the quantity of waste which manufacturing process is caused by three companies(company A, B and C), during different periods of time: 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015. Units are measured in tonnes.

Overall, the amounts of waste by company C rose dramatically over the period given, while for company B, it decreased significantly. At the same time, company A haven’t shown much of a change between the year of 2000 and 2015, reducing slightly by the end.

With regards to the amount of waste produced by company B, it began around at 8 tonnes, reaching its peak at 10 tonnes approximately before falling drastically at 3 tonnes in the last year. Likewise, company C showed the lowest index percentage of waste in the first year at around 4 tonnes, but then increasing dramatically by the end of year 2015.

On the other hard, comparing to the other companies, company A displayed non significant change overall, starting at 12 tonnes, dropping smoothly at 8 tonnes approximately.
