Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my ideas about the facilities at the café. I am grateful to share my recommendations.

As for the staff, I am so satisfied with their service in the café; they are polite and sociable to customers. Also, the international cuisines are exquisite, and the atmosphere of the café is well-appointed. As well as, the price of meals is affordable for everyone.

In my opinion, to make the café more modern, renewing the old chairs and tables with new furniture such as sofas and comfortable benches is crucial. Moreover, the café is so crowded at lunchtime, so expanding the café or adding an outdoor seating area would be convenient. It would be great to have a room for special guests.

Thank you for considering my suggestions. I look forward to the café’s future improvements.
