Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to express my excitement about the opportunities at the café. I am grateful to share my recommendations.

In my opinion, to make the café more modern, renewing the old chairs and tables with new furniture such as sofas and comfortable benches is crucial. Moreover, the café is so crowded at lunchtime, so expanding the café and seating area would be convenient. It would be great to have a room for special guests.

As for the staff, I am so satisfied with their service in the café; they are polite and sociable to customers. Also, the international cuisines are exquisite, and the atmosphere of the café is well-appointed.

Thank you for considering my suggestions. I look forward to the café’s future improvements.
