In 1991, strawberry jam consumption began at approximately 140 tones. It saw a gradual increase to 160 tones in 1996 before failing back to 100 tones in 2001. Following this, it declined slightly to about 60 tones in 2006 and continued decreased by to the end period. In contrast, lemon jam consumption started at approximately 90 tones in 1991, then slightly dropped to approximately 80 tones in1996. However then it’s surged roughly to about 100 tones in 2001. After stabilizing for a period, its consumption dramatically decreased to just under 40 tones by the end period
Conversely, cherry jam only began trend in 2006, with around 10 tones. This trend then experienced significant rose, reaching approximately 85 tones in 2011, before experiencing a slight decline to about 75 tones in 2014
