The given image illustrates the process of recycling plastic. Overall, there are approximately 7 steps involved before the plastic material is ready to be reused in consumption. Various methods and equipment are used throughout the reclaiming process.
The recycling process begins with collecting plastic wastage in the refuse sites. Once the used plastic are collected, the plastic production is processed in material recycling facility center. There, plastics are separated according to their types. After this, the material is balled and ready to the next step of the procedure. In the following step, the balled plastic are crushed and washed by specialized tools.
After grinding and rinsing, the plastic compound is going to melt (pelletisation process). The resulting product is first melted in order to pelletize. During pelletizing, the material is turned into small cylinder-shaped pieces. Finally, the moldable material is processed into new products.
