Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to enquire some information about your sports club.

My name is Sukhpal Kaur. I am working as an Early childhood educator. My job has been transferred last week to the nearest daycare in our neighbourhood.

I would like to join your sports club from next month. My hobby is playing different sports as it gives freshness to my mind. Also, I am working in a sitting job so it helps me in reducing my tiredness and boredom.

I have some questions regarding the club. Could you please let me know about club policies and amenities provided. Are there any kind of contract for joining? What about membership? Is it monthly or annually? How much is the total cost? Is there any separate joining fee? Would it be possible to know about security deposit as well?
