Dear Jordan

I am writing to inform you regarding the issue that I am facing right now which prevents me from starting my job for the upcoming week. Last night I went to a cycle race with my friends. Because of a little rain last night, I fell off the cycle and got injured. My friends took me to the hospital at that moment, and doctor suggested me to take rest for about 12 days. I have got a fracture on my lest arm and leg which makes it super difficult for me to walk properly and work.

I hope you understand my problem and let me start my work after 2 weeks. I am extremely apologizing for this inconvenience but what I can do from my end I can send my friend instead he has a good experience in this field so he will be able to manage without any problem till the time I get well. I promise once I get out my problem, I will give my full devotion and hard work at workplace. I hope to hear from you soon
