Talking about California, California has 17% of people who are under age, and 13% of over aged people who are above 60, in California the average earning of a person is about $23000 which is highest among others, also people under poverty line are 16% which is way more higher than average of mentioned three countries,Utah has 23% and 8% of under aged and over aged people respectively, although its average income per person is $17000 which is way more least as compare to others, and its poverty proportion is about 9%.

In Florida, People are under age reported with 16%, while over age are 23%,
