The chart demonstrates data on the population of two age groups and the financial situation of people in three states of the USA: California, Utah and Florida.
Overall, it can be seen that although on average, California citizens earn the most, the percentage of those who live in poverty is the highest among the three states given. Utah is reported to have the largest number of youth, while lagging behind in other categories.
In terms of information about minors, Utah peaks at 28%, while the two other states show similar percentages -17% and 16%. Most of the people aged over 60 live in Florida, accounting for around a quarter. This is nearly four times as many as Utah’s elderly.
When it comes to income statistics, Utah’s civilians earn the least, whereas Florida and California differ by a margin of $1000 at $23000 and 22000 respectively. Just under a tenth of Utah’s population is destitute, while other states illustrate higher rates, at more than ten percent.
