Overall the most prominent and higest percentage of user categories is 44%. Whereas the lowest percentage category is academic staff wich only 7% used library ,another notable feature is difference user stisfaction which increase and discrease .in this table category most dominated point helpfullness of staff which across all level of staisfaction .95% individual were satisfied wich use library .

A closer inspection reveals the rate and percentage of full undergraduate hit the roof by 44%while part time and full time post graduate ratio were only 25% or16%.Furthermore , very less rank of library user Were only 8% or7%. Satisfaction level generall high across all services .although, some aspect performed better then other .while library staff and opening hours recived positvie feedback.65 ,95% user were very stisficed which use library.In addition,journals and reliability of wifi have minimum different and also hase same category of satisfaction . Modify the overview to state same categrios were the fairly satisfied rathen then availbility of book .only 10% individual which have not satisfied availbility of book .availbilty of journals and availbility of wife has only 1 to 3 % difference in ovrall category .

In conclusion . 44% full time under graduate user of library and 95 % people are verysatified where staff are availabel is full of help.while only 7% Acdamic staff use library .this limit were ver less. His precption 10 % books are availabel in library so thy are not satisfy on the whole undergraduate students have high rank and use library as a proper way .
